The Redearth Education teacher training programme <\/a>supports rural teachers to provide life-changing education so every<\/strong> child in their classroom has the chance to succeed.\u00a0 By improving teachers’ self-belief, knowledge and practice, the \u201cDeveloping Good Practice in Teaching and Learning<\/a>\u201d programme creates a positive and engaging learning experience that makes\u00a0children want to come to school and receive a high quality education.<\/h5>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” overlay_strength=”0.3″ shape_divider_position=”bottom”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”1\/1″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_column_text]The programme is designed to train teachers in different aspects of positive behaviour management, positive physical and emotional learning environment, interactive teaching methods and creating resources from locally available free materials.\u00a0 Those teachers who show a high level of good practice will be asked to support other teachers at their school and possibly one more school. This program has had solid success in other African countries and will benefit thousands of children within the first year.<\/p>\n
